Auditions: Irving Berlin's "White Christmas"

Auditions: September 13, 6:30pm & 8pm and September 15, 7pm & 8:30pm at the Beaty Theater (4300 Mahone Ave., Fort Lee, VA)

Callbacks: By invitation only are tentatively scheduled for September 17th.

The show runs November 13th - 29th. 

Homefront Players in association with Beaty Theater will hold auditions for its winter production of Irving Berlin's “White Christmas.”  This heartwarming musical inspired by the beloved 1954 movie of the same name follows World War II veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis as they team up with two enchanting singing sisters to save a struggling Vermont inn, all while discovering love and holiday cheer.

Director Frank Foster, Music Director Ian Krauss, and Choreographer Suzi Redling as seeking a strong ensemble of talented performers for principal and ensemble roles.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your scheduled slot to fill out paperwork. 

Those auditioning should prepare a one (1) minute vocal audition from a Golden Age musical.  Please bring sheet music in the correct key and be prepared for dance and movement.  You may be asked to read from the script.

To enter Fort Lee on these dates you will need to call ahead at 804-720-0163 to make sure you are in the system.  Please do so by 9/9. We HIGHLY recommend this.  If you make a decision to come last minute, please give yourself extra time to go to the Visitors Center at the Gregg Gate to get access.  You will need a US REAL ID.  For questions about base access call the number above. 

Performers of all races and gender identities are encouraged to attend.
